Our company's carding and stuffing combination machine is a patent product developed by our special personnel. it is suitable to the products which need stuffing fiber cotton such as pillow, backrest, sofa, seat cushion etc. The most important advantage is the combination function of carding and stuffing .It can quickly process the carding and stuffing procedure at a time under one or two workers' supervision. The workers only need to put the raw fiber cotton onto the automatic conveyer belt to send it into the machine ,which is able to guarantee the safety of the operators. And the products are plain & tidy with puff cotton and have good flexibility.In addition, they can save cotton and bring better efficiency.The machine overcomes the disadvantages such as forming up granular and consuming greater cotton etc, which can be found from the other compenies' similar products. The machine can process various materials, from long fiber cotton to short fiber cotton, semi-silica fiber cotton and complete-silica fiber cotton, which provide great choices to our customers.
